At their meeting on June 1, 2023, the Jackson County Board of Education approved the continued use of the Community Eligibility Provision from the United State Department of Agriculture for all schools in our district.

This means that all students in Jackson County Schools may eat a Breakfast and a Lunch daily at no charge.

If the child takes a second Breakfast or a second Lunch, there will be a charge applied for the full cost of the meal, $3.00 per additional Breakfast and $4.00 per additional Lunch.
