This is a reminder that the Ripley-area Elementary Track Meet will begin at 5:30 p.m. tomorrow at Ripley High School. The Ravenswood-area Elementary Track meet will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Ravenswood Grade School. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call your child's school. Good afternoon. This is a reminder that tomorrow, April 18, 2025, is an early dismissal day due to Faculty Senate. Students will be dismissed 3 hours early. All buses will arrive at their after-school stops 3 hours early. Thank you and have a wonderful evening.

Good afternoon - This is the final reminder that our annual Jackson County Schools STEM night event will be held on Thursday, April 17, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Ripley Elementary School. STEM night is open to all Jackson County elementary-age students. We are asking parents to accompany their children during the event. Many of our "exhibitors" will be local companies and community members who will share their knowledge and passion for science, technology, engineering, and math. Good evening. This is a reminder that Jackson County Schools will be closed for Spring Break beginning Monday, March 24, 2025, through Friday, March 28, 2025. Also, by utilizing our NTI Days and Equivalent Time Days when schools were closed due to inclement weather, the last day of school for students is still May 30, 2025. Please have a wonderful, safe, and relaxing Spring Break.

Good morning, Jackson County Schools will now operate on an NTI Day for Thursday, February 20, 2025. Students should utilize their final instructional packet, number 5, or log in to the Canvas learning management system to complete their assignments. School personnel will be available at your child's school at 10:00 a.m. to answer any questions you may have. Thank you and have a great day
Jackson County Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay for Thursday, February 19, 2025. Snow is expected to enter our area around midnight, lasting until 8:00 a.m. One to two inches of snow is expected. We will evaluate the roads again in the morning. Please have a wonderful evening.
